The latter is due to the fact that each of the three Operating Systems has a huge support community behind it and there're different software programs you can install on the server. Your OS choice will also determine what hosting Control Panel can be installed on the VPS in case you wish to use one and because of this we offer multiple Control Panels as well. If you ever decide that you need a different OS, our technical support can quickly wipe the existing one and install the one that you need. We also offer an optional service to maintain the OS on your VPS updated weekly.

In case you decide to acquire one of our dedicated servers, you will find three Operating Systems on the order page because we want to give you a larger choice with regard to the system environment on the server as different applications can have particular requirements.
